In addition, McDonald Auto Body
serve as "Direct Repair Program" Authorized Repair Facilities
("DRP") for some of the largest insurance carriers in the
industry. For the customer, this eliminates the hassle of
locating a collision repair facility, arranging for an estimate,
waiting for insurance company approval of the repair, and
guarantees the on-time delivery of your vehicle. In order
to qualify as a "DRP" facility, our shops must meet stringent
training and quality control requirements as well as maintain
professional and courteous customer relations. When the repairs
are complete, we bill the insurance company directly. |

and accurate vehicle damage estimate. In addition to the
written estimate, digital photos and a step-by-step breakdown
of the time and materials required for the repair are electronically
